How Bali Nusantara Ventures handles the details you share when you contact us.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Who is responsible
Bali Nusantara Ventures is operated by PT Kheops Nusantara Ventures (NIB 2809260046817), registered in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. For any privacy question, write to kheopsventures@gmail.com.
What we receive
Only what you choose to send through the contact form or by message: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, arrival and departure dates, number of travellers and the content of your message.
How your enquiry is sent
This website does not keep your enquiry in a database. With WhatsApp, the site prepares your message and opens WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp / Meta); nothing is sent until you confirm it there. With “Send by email”, the site checks your details and forwards them once by email to our Gmail address (operated by Google), through the email delivery service of our website platform (Lovable). These providers’ own privacy policies also apply.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal for your journey and reach you before and during your stay in Bali. We do not sell your details and do not use them for advertising.
Sharing
If organising a service you request requires sharing some details with a local provider (for example a driver or accommodation), we only share what is needed for that service and tell you beforehand.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and journey, and any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by writing to kheopsventures@gmail.com. These rights are provided by Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, by the law of your country of residence.
Cookies and storage
We use no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Your language choice and selected package identifiers are saved on your own device so the site remembers them. Contact details and form entries are not saved in this local storage. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
